About The Position

GTT is seeking a highly experienced and skilled RFP Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead and manage end-to-end proposal development processes within the staffing industry. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and other competitive proposals, demonstrating a deep understanding of the staffing industry, compliance requirements, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in end-to-end proposal management within the staffing industry.
  • Strong understanding of staffing services, industry trends, and workforce solutions.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple RFPs simultaneously.
  • Superior writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and proposal management tools.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret RFP requirements and align with organizational capabilities.
  • Attention to detail, time management, and ability to meet tight deadlines in high-pressure environments.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience working with large enterprise clients or government RFPs in the staffing industry.
  • Familiarity with ATS/CRM systems commonly used in the staffing sector.
  • APMP certification or equivalent is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the entire lifecycle of RFP responses, including review, analysis, and preparation of compliant, compelling, and tailored proposals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, operations, and subject matter experts, to gather required content.
  • Develop and write customized, high-quality content for proposals aligned with client requirements.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet deadlines, quality standards, and proposal compliance guidelines.
  • Create templates, boilerplates, and reusable content for future RFPs.
  • Partner with leadership to define and implement proposal strategies, win themes, and value propositions.
  • Conduct competitive and market analysis to tailor proposals for maximum impact.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for proposal-related communication and coordination.
  • Facilitate kick-off meetings, progress reviews, and final approval meetings.
  • Manage multiple stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity throughout the process.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of proposals to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to client requirements.
  • Implement lessons learned to continuously improve proposal development processes and outcomes.
