About The Position

Human Interest is seeking an experienced and highly motivated RFP Analyst to join their growing and dynamic National Relationship Management Team. This individual will be responsible for handling technical documentation, inquiries, and proposals to secure new sales and maintain existing partnerships. The role involves proactively updating RFP portals, regularly completing Due Diligence Questionnaires for various partners and prospective customers, and developing/implementing automation to enhance efficiency. The RFP Analyst will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, sales, and marketing, to deliver best-in-class solutions and ensure mutual success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Due Diligence, Sales support, RFP/proposal writing, Partner management and communication, preferably in the fintech, Insurance, Financial Services or SaaS industries.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence, present, and articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Accuracy and formatting abilities are critical.
  • A collaborative mindset with the confidence to proactively engage with internal experts to extract accurate answers for complex questions.
  • Willingness to understand, work autonomously and coordinate timely responses with internal departments and SME’s.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of sales strategies, marketing programs, and business development techniques.
  • Meticulous proofreading skills to ensure accuracy, quality and compliance with RFP requirements.
  • Proficiency in Google suite, Microsoft excel, Salesforce and various external proposal software.

Nice To Haves

  • MBA is a plus.
  • Familiarity with external financial service partners and external proposal products.
  • Understanding of the broader financial services ecosystem is a plus.
  • A proactive, goal-oriented team player with a focus on driving measurable outcomes while exceeding timelines and expectations.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines under pressure while empowered to make decisions quickly to ensure completion.
  • Strong team player who thrives in cross-functional environments and can work effectively across departments.
  • Experience working with broker-dealers or financial services partners, involving financial advisors and prospective new customers.

  • Draft persuasive, professional content and edit technical information into clear, client/partner-focused responses.
  • Manage multiple, concurrent projects and coordinate with internal stakeholders to meet strict deadlines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, product management, and customer support to deliver seamless partner experiences and identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Interpret RFP requirements and evaluate complex data to create tailored responses and overall proposals.
  • Proactively identify and address any issues or challenges within internal partners or systems, and provide solutions that align with project objectives.
