About The Position

As a Test Technician Level 3, you will perform operational testing on a variety of moderately complex RF and microwave production components of varying complexity. This includes tasks such as set-up, calibration, testing, and troubleshooting of instruments, RF and DC circuits, assemblies, components, and other systems and equipment. In this role, you will be critical to the successful production and technical support for our Engineering and other teams, ensuring our products achieve their intended functions and delivery schedules. You will work on Low to Medium Complexity Hardware under general supervision.

Requirements

• Perform operational testing on moderately complex RF and microwave production components.
• Set-up, calibration, testing, and troubleshooting of instruments, RF and DC circuits, assemblies, components, and systems/equipment.
• Work on Low to Medium Complexity Hardware.
• Maintain required certifications.

Nice To Haves

• Provide guidance to entry level production test technicians and support workers.
• Strengthen knowledge of CAES 6S framework and actively participate in 6S initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Determines compliance to test specifications, using methods and procedures from drawings, standard work and diagrams.
• May assist in the selection and set-up of specialized test equipment.
• May provide guidance to entry level production test technicians and support workers in the execution of production testing tasks.
• Measure medium complexity hardware.
• Maintain required certifications.
• Strengthen knowledge of CAES 6S framework and actively participate in 6S initiatives.
