Our team solves tough, meaningful problems that create a safer, more secure world. We are seeking a RF Microwave and Antenna Engineer. The candidate must be comfortable working with commercial off-the-shelf and custom test equipment to validate hardware. Tasks will include specification development, trade studies, hardware integration, test/validation of engineering development units, and help transition hardware lines to production. This opportunity is for a versatile Antenna Test Engineer possessing a blend of theoretical and hands-on integration abilities. We are looking for an engineer that is comfortable troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and RF related issues. The abilities to independently solve problems as well as work within the antenna subsystem team are desired. Travel is Required

Requirements

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
  • 2 + years minimum experience in RF/Microwave Test and Integration
  • Experience troubleshooting RF/Microwave hardware
  • Experience with common test equipment such as Network Analyzer, Spectrum Analyzers, Signal & Pulse Generators, and Oscilloscopes
  • Active and transferable US Government issued security clearance prior to the start date.
  • U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • Able to present technical results to Program Leadership and work with Cross-Functional teams
  • Experience in Root-Cause Corrective Action Investigations
  • Experience using MATLAB
  • A working understanding of architecture, design, and integration processes for Airborne Radar
  • Integration experience or exposure in a Nearfield or Farfield Range
  • Preferred Degree: M.S. in Electrical Engineering with a concentration in RF/Microwave
