Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in RF system integration and testing.
• Strong understanding of RF principles, including signal propagation, modulation, and RF circuit design.
• Experience with RF test equipment (e.g., spectrum analyzers, signal generators, network analyzers).
• Familiarity with RF simulation tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree or Ph.D. in a relevant field.
• Experience with phased array antennas.
• Knowledge of embedded systems and software integration.
• Experience with defense or aerospace industry standards.
• Familiarity with scripting languages for test automation (e.g., Python).

Responsibilities

• Integrate RF components and systems into new and existing products.
• Perform RF testing and validation to ensure performance meets specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve RF-related issues during development and production.
• Collaborate with hardware and software engineering teams to define RF requirements and interfaces.
• Develop and maintain RF test procedures and documentation.
• Analyze test data and provide recommendations for design improvements.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in RF technology and best practices.
