About The Position

You will be the RF Engineering Manager for the ADP Mission Systems which is responsible for delivering cutting‑edge aircraft mission capabilities. As the RF Engineering Manager you will be responsible for leading a high‑performing team of engineers in the design, test, and integration of ADP systems and subsystems, while fostering technical excellence and personal growth.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in STEM discipline a closely related technical discipline.
Experience in Project Management.
Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS)
Experience in supplier management.
Experience in electro‑optic/infrared (EO/IR) engineering, electronics engineering, electronic warfare (EW), radar, communications‑navigation‑intelligence (CNI), or
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN
This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a U.S. Citizen for consideration.
The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start.

Responsibilities

Manage complex technical projects, applying aircraft‑level test techniques and robust risk‑management practices.
Interpret customer requirements, create system and equipment specifications, and develop statements of work, implementation plans, test, integration, and closure activities.
Coordinate with suppliers, internal groups, and customers to produce effective proposals and align stakeholder expectations.
Allocate work assignments based on team members’ skills and career objectives, providing mentorship and performance feedback.
Support recruiting events and develop employee development plans using Lockheed Martin training programs.
