About The Position

Join the Philips North American Total Rewards team as a Rewards Regional Specialist! As a member of the Philips People Business Services Rewards team within the global People function, you will provide subject matter expertise and guidance on compensation and rewards, contribute to the design and implementation of competitive reward programs, and ensure alignment with Philips’ policies, market practices, and regulatory requirements. You will partner closely with Rewards Partners, People Business Partners, and Talent Acquisition to deliver data-driven insights and support key rewards initiatives.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in compensation, total rewards or related areas.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
  • Experience with Power BI.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative background.
  • Experience using HRIS and compensation systems (preferably Workday).
  • AI literacy.
  • Solid knowledge of U.S. compensation practices, laws, and regulations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Highly organized multi-tasker with strong attention to detail and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time and priorities effectively in fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and professionalism.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders with clarity and confidence.

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert guidance to People Leader Partners and managers on compensation matters, including job evaluations, salary positioning, and policy interpretation.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to develop competitive offers and pay decisions, ensuring alignment with market data, internal equity, and business needs.
  • Analyze compensation data and market trends to deliver actionable insights and support business decision-making.
  • Contribute to the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of compensation programs, policies, and frameworks.
  • Help execute the annual compensation review cycle (merit, promotions, adjustments), including planning, data validation, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and external vendors to implement and optimize rewards tools, systems, and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Support audits and maintaining high data integrity.
