About The Position
The Rewards Club Associate is responsible for enrolling guests into the Rewards Club, managing primary player comps, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of all special events and promotions. This role also involves handling point redemptions, working special events and promotions, and promoting the Rewards Club and Jackpot Junction through daily guest interactions. The associate will serve as an information center for guests, attend required meetings, and perform other assigned duties.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong telephone and paging skills.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Basic computer skills, including Windows application.
- Able to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Able to work well with others.
- Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented and dependable.
- Neat, professional appearance.
- Sensitivity to various cultures, including Native American cultures.
- Regular attendance and punctuality.
- Able and willing to work any changes in scheduled hours as required.
- Serve as a credit to Jackpot Junction Casino Hotel, and encourage others to do the same.
- Mobility throughout the facility.
