Reeco partners with hotel management companies, suppliers, and GPOs to modernize purchasing, accounts payable automation, inventory, and supplier collaboration. This is a strategic role with ownership over how revenue teams operate through CRM and GTM systems. The role owns the vision, strategy, and roadmap for HubSpot across the revenue organization, including ownership of the CRM data model, data quality, and data usage standards. This role is accountable for ensuring systems and data structures directly support pipeline generation, deal execution, retention, and expansion. It partners closely with Marketing, Revenue, and CX leadership to translate business goals into scalable system design and execution. While partnering with Data Governance on system architecture and broader data standards, this role retains ownership of how data is structured, enforced, and utilized within GTM systems to ensure accuracy, consistency, and operational clarity.
