About The Position

Service Plus Aquatics is a leading commercial swimming pool and aquatic facility contractor serving Ontario since 1989. We specialize in design/build, restoration and repair, waterproofing and finishes, chemical automation, and facility management for commercial pools. This role involves producing accurate 2D and 3D Revit models and drawings for commercial pool and building projects, supporting engineers and project managers throughout the design and construction process. The ideal candidate is technically strong in Revit, enjoys detailed drafting, and wants to grow long-term in a collaborative, construction-focused design team.

Requirements

  • College diploma or university degree in Engineering, Architecture, Architectural Technology, or related field
  • 1—3+ years of experience in a design, drafting, or construction environment
  • Strong hands-on Revit experience (mandatory) — modelling, views, sheets, and detailing
  • AutoCAD experience (2D drafting and updates)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drawings
  • Ability to follow standards, accept feedback, and work within established workflows
  • Good communication skills and a reliable, team-oriented approach
  • Comfortable working full-time on-site in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with commercial construction, mechanical, structural, or building systems
  • Exposure to swimming pool, aquatic, or mechanical/building projects
  • Basic understanding of construction drawings and building terminology
  • MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) for basic documentation and coordination

Responsibilities

  • Produce detailed Revit models and drawings (2D/3D) for commercial pool and building projects
  • Assist with AutoCAD drafting, updates, and as-built drawings
  • Update and revise drawings based on redlines and markups from the design team
  • Prepare drawing sets and cut sheets to support tender, permit, and construction
  • Maintain organized drawing files and digital records
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company standards across all drawings
  • Coordinate drawing revisions with project managers and other team members
  • Follow established design standards and workflows
  • Support general drafting needs as required
