About The Position

Service Plus Aquatics Inc. is seeking a Revit / AutoCAD Designer to join their Design Division. This role involves producing accurate 2D and 3D drawings and models for commercial aquatic facility projects, collaborating with project managers and the design team throughout the design and construction phases. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical drafting abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and significant hands-on Revit experience in a professional setting.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Engineering Technology, Architectural Technology, or related field
• 1–3+ years of professional, hands-on Revit experience (required)
• AutoCAD (2D drafting and revisions) experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work within structured drafting standards and workflows
• Strong communication and team-oriented approach
• Comfortable working full-time on-site

Responsibilities

• Produce Revit models (2D/3D) for commercial pool and facility projects
• Assist with AutoCAD drafting, revisions, and as-built updates
• Update drawings based on redlines and markups
• Prepare drawing sets for permit, tender, and construction
• Maintain accurate and organized drawing files
• Coordinate drawing revisions with project managers and team members
