ISN is seeking a Reverse Mortgage-Loan Servicing Quality Control Manager to provide and ensure quality control for a large loan servicing government contract. Requirements

Must have Reverse Mortgage Servicing Related Quality Control Experience
Experience at the Management level, running and guiding the quality control for a large mortgage servicing program or project.
Experience developing metrics for and ensuring the level of servicing quality and solutions to meet the program’s service level objectives.
Experience providing remediation to ensure accuracy and quality and to mitigate potential losses.

Nice To Haves

Experience in Reverse Mortgage within the last three years is highly desired.
