About The Position

Are you a technical "jack of all trades" who thrives at the intersection of deep-dive analysis, software development, and reverse engineering with an active TS/SCI with Poly clearance? We are looking for an elite, multi-disciplinary engineer to embed directly within a high impact Computer Network Operations (CNO) team. In this role, you will not be siloed into a single function. Instead, you will leverage your advanced reverse engineering skills to dissect complex networked codebases, write and test custom code to support the team, and apply your analytical mindset to chase down leads and solve ambiguous problems. If you are driven by curiosity, love uncovering how things work under the hood, and want to see your work directly impact active missions, this is the team for you.

Requirements

  • 12 or more years of software engineering experience with a Bachelor’s degree.
  • 10 or more years of experience with a Master’s degree.
  • 16 or more years of experience (substituting years of additional software engineering experience in place of a Bachelor's degree).
  • Proven expertise in dissecting complex, compiled, and networked software.
  • Strong software development skills to build and validate tools in support of the mission.
  • Ability to perform technical analysis, investigate leads, and translate raw data into actionable insights.
  • Hands-on experience utilizing specialized agency tools.
  • Deep understanding of modern hacking methodologies and tactics.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of networking technologies and protocol.
  • A highly collaborative approach with the ability to work seamlessly within a fast paced, cross functional team.
  • Active TS/SCI with Poly clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in vulnerability discovery.
  • Past experience working directly as an exploitation analyst.
  • Hands on experience working as an interactive operator.
  • A strong background working as a dedicated software developer across various platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Reverse engineer complex, networked codebases to understand their inner workings and discover critical software vulnerabilities.
  • Write, modify, and test software to support the team's immediate operational and development goals.
  • Use analytical skills to run down technical leads independently, helping the team better understand and scope their own projects.
  • Partner closely with mission analysts to align technical efforts with their strategic goals, helping customers articulate and realize their technical vision.
