About The Position

Jobber is seeking a Revenue Technology Manager to join their Sales Enablement & Operations department. Jobber aims to help small home service businesses succeed by providing technology for quoting, scheduling, invoicing, and payments. The company has a culture of transparency, inclusivity, collaboration, and innovation, recognized by various awards. The Revenue Technology team manages the go-to-market tech stack, ensuring its smooth operation and improving systems, processes, and automations to support revenue teams at scale. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Revenue Technology, and focuses on owning core RevTech operational processes, providing first-line support, investigating requests, and collaborating on project rollouts. The ideal candidate is organized, systems-minded, service-oriented, and interested in using AI and automation to reduce manual work.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent requests, follow through reliably, and keep stakeholders informed.
  • A service-oriented mindset.
  • Hands-on Salesforce experience, including comfort navigating objects, fields, users, profiles, permission sets, list views, reports, validation rules, and data quality considerations.
  • Experience working in a SaaS, RevOps, Sales Ops, Revenue Technology, or tech-adjacent environment.
  • Comfort operating in a ticketing, intake, or request-based environment.
  • AI literacy and curiosity.
  • Process thinking.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to ask good questions, summarize findings clearly, explain blockers, and translate messy requests into actionable next steps.
  • Ability to work independently while knowing when to pull in the right partners.
  • Comfort supporting project rollouts through testing, documentation, stakeholder communication, and post-launch support.

Nice To Haves

  • Salesforce Administrator certification.
  • Prior hands-on experience with tools such as Revenue.io, ChiliPiper, HubSpot, MuleSoft, TextExpander, or similar GTM systems.
  • Experience supporting a sales, partnerships, revenue operations, or sales enablement function.
  • Exposure to data loading tools, bulk Salesforce operations, or data governance processes.
  • Experience contributing to automation, AI workflow design, internal tooling, or process improvement initiatives.
  • Familiarity with change management, enablement, user acceptance testing, or rollout planning.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end onboarding, offboarding, and user lifecycle processes across Jobber’s GTM tech stack, including provisioning access, assigning licenses, and configuring user settings across tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Revenue.io, ChiliPiper, TextExpander, and MuleSoft.
  • Maintain accurate records of user access, tool configurations, and operational dependencies.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the user lifecycle experience through process design, documentation, automation, and AI-enabled support.
  • Monitor RevTech support and intake channels, acting as the first point of contact for tool-related questions, access issues, and operational requests.
  • Diagnose and resolve common issues independently, escalating complex problems with clear context and recommended next steps.
  • Track recurring issues, identify patterns, and recommend improvements to reduce repeat volume.
  • Partner with RevTech team members to improve request capture, prioritization, routing, and resolution.
  • Triage incoming RevTech requests by assessing scope, priority, business impact, dependencies, and ownership.
  • Investigate requests by reviewing records, understanding current processes, and identifying blockers or impacts.
  • Action minor Salesforce and GTM tooling requests, such as field additions, picklist updates, list view changes, and user configuration updates.
  • Route larger or more complex requests with well-formed context.
  • Help identify recurring manual processes that can be streamlined, automated, or supported through AI.
  • Partner with RevTech and Sales Operations teammates to design, test, and improve AI-enabled workflows.
  • Contribute to the development of prompts, process logic, workflow documentation, and quality checks for AI tools.
  • Evaluate automation opportunities, balancing speed, accuracy, user experience, governance, and maintainability.
  • Support larger Sales Operations and RevTech project rollouts by gathering requirements, documenting processes, identifying impacts, and preparing teams for change.
  • Consult with stakeholders to understand how proposed solutions will be executed in practice.
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations to design the operational "rig" for new solutions, including process flows, support models, and validation steps.
  • Assist with user acceptance testing, deployment validation, rollout communications, and adoption tracking.
  • Surface technical risks, gaps, or unclear ownership areas before launch.
  • Conduct periodic audits of Salesforce licenses, profiles, permission sets, validation rules, formulas, fields, and related configurations.
  • Identify stale, redundant, misconfigured, or underused platform elements and recommend cleanup or governance actions.
  • Support validation efforts when changes are deployed.
  • Execute Salesforce data loads with accuracy, following established governance and review processes.
  • Validate data before and after loads to ensure quality, completeness, and integrity.
  • Maintain and improve runbooks for recurring processes.
  • Create clear documentation to enable repeatability, reduce dependency on individual knowledge, and support faster issue resolution.
  • Keep documentation current as tools, workflows, and ownership models evolve.
  • Use AI thoughtfully to draft, improve, organize, and scale documentation.
