About The Position

We’re seeking a Revenue Strategy & Operations Associate to join our dynamic team shaping Harness’ go-to-market strategy and global expansion. As a strategic partner to GTM leadership, this role is focused on driving annual planning, executive reporting and high-impact business insights that inform top revenue priorities and investment decisions. In this position, you will play an integral role in leading the annual planning process across the GTM organization and owning leadership-level reporting across Board, Sales Leadership and company-wide forums. You will manage GTM forecasts and KPIs, deliver data-driven insights through trend analysis and ad-hoc deep dives, and ensure senior leaders have clear, accurate and actionable visibility into business performance. Reporting to the Revenue Operations & Strategy Senior Manager, this is a high-visibility position with senior cross-functional exposure across the company, particularly with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance and other Operations teams. You will have a unique opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing business and influence our GTM strategies & processes worldwide.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in RevOps, GTM strategy, strategic finance or a related analytical role. Experience in a high-growth SaaS company is desirable, but not required
  • Advanced analytical skills: strong Excel & modeling proficiency is a must; experience with Salesforce, BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Metabase) or advanced analytics is a plus
  • “All hands on deck” mindset: desire to be in a fast-paced environment with constant change
  • Ownership & bias for action: end-to-end ownership of deliverables & ability to get deep into details to get them done
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills: independently able to deal with ambiguous topics without a defined process or “right” answer
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills: prior experience & comfort interacting with senior leadership

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end Annual Planning process across the GTM organization, including revenue targets, capacity planning, quota setting and investment trade-offs
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations to align top-down company goals with bottom-up forecasts and execution plans
  • Own Board- and Sales Leadership-level KPI reporting, delivering accurate and consistent visibility into business performance
  • Develop clear, data-driven narratives for executive audiences that highlight performance trends, risks, opportunities and strategic recommendations
  • Deliver high-impact ad-hoc analyses for senior leadership, translating complex data into actionable insights
