We’re seeking a Revenue Strategy & Operations Associate to join our dynamic team shaping Harness’ go-to-market strategy and global expansion. As a strategic partner to GTM leadership, this role is focused on driving annual planning, executive reporting and high-impact business insights that inform top revenue priorities and investment decisions. In this position, you will play an integral role in leading the annual planning process across the GTM organization and owning leadership-level reporting across Board, Sales Leadership and company-wide forums. You will manage GTM forecasts and KPIs, deliver data-driven insights through trend analysis and ad-hoc deep dives, and ensure senior leaders have clear, accurate and actionable visibility into business performance. Reporting to the Revenue Operations & Strategy Senior Manager, this is a high-visibility position with senior cross-functional exposure across the company, particularly with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance and other Operations teams.
