As the Revenue Analyst, you will support the hotel's Revenue Strategy function through performance analysis, market and demand research, distribution oversight, group block review, and reservations support. The position serves as an important connection between Revenue Strategy, Sales & Catering, Rooms, and Reservations, helping ensure that inventory, group blocks, reservation activity, billing requirements, and distribution channels are accurate and aligned. The Revenue Analyst monitors hotel performance and external demand signals to identify need dates, changes in booking patterns, competitive activity, market opportunities, and potential risks, providing timely and actionable information to the Director of Revenue Strategy. Working closely with the Sales & Catering Coordinator and Rooms Controller, the Revenue Analyst provides review and support of group and transient reservation activity to help ensure group blocks are established accurately, contractual and billing requirements are properly reflected, and inventory concerns are identified and addressed. This role requires more than identifying and escalating an issue. The Revenue Analyst is expected to independently research questions and discrepancies, understand what occurred and why, provide relevant context and recommendations, and execute through resolution within established authority.
