About The Position

This seasonal Revenue Recovery position supervises, trains, and develops workgroups and holds them accountable for safety, production, and attendance. The role establishes and maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety. It provides effective leadership and builds working relationships with personnel throughout the organization.

The position manages department resources to support maximum output, accuracy, and efficiency; facilitates employee training and development; ensures compliance with safety policies and applicable requirements; and promotes a positive, team-oriented environment focused on employee involvement, communication, cooperation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, five days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.
