About The Position
The Revenue Recovery Supervisor supervises, trains, develops, and holds workgroups accountable for safety, production, and attendance. The role sets and maintains high standards for account productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety. It provides effective leadership and cultivates working relationships with personnel at all levels of the organization. The position manages department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency; supports employee orientation, skills and safety training, evaluations, coaching, and development; and ensures compliance with applicable safety policies and requirements. It also promotes a positive, team-oriented environment focused on employee involvement, communication, interdepartmental cooperation, and continual improvement.
Requirements
- Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
- Availability to work flexible shift hours, five days per week.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or national, a lawful permanent resident, or otherwise authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's degree or international equivalent preferred.
- Management experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
