About The Position

We are seeking a Revenue Optimizer who thrives on numbers, strategy, and results. This person will work closely with the leadership team to identify opportunities to increase revenue, streamline operations, and improve financial performance across real estate holdings and operating businesses. Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Google Sheets (advanced formulas, pivot tables, charts, and data visualization).
• Ability to interpret financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort working directly with management and taking direction within a small, focused team.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Understanding of revenue management, pricing strategy, or business analytics.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.

Nice To Haves

• Exposure to real estate and/or operating businesses preferred.
• Experience with automation tools (e.g.,).
• Prior work in investment, property management, or small business operations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial statements, operational data, and performance reports to identify trends and revenue opportunities.
• Build, update, and maintain dynamic Google Sheets dashboards and financial models.
• Collaborate with management to develop and execute revenue optimization strategies.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) across business units and provide actionable insights.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis.
• Review market data and performance metrics related to real estate and operating businesses.
• Present findings and recommendations in clear, data-backed summaries.
