About the Role We’re hiring a Revenue Operations Manager to help design, build, and scale the systems that power our go-to-market motion across Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing. You will own RevOps systems, projects end-to-end and have direct impact on how Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing operate as the company grows. You will partner with our Director of Revenue Operations to design and implement the core systems that power our go-to-market motion, including CRM architecture, lifecycle stages, forecasting, reporting, and operating cadence. You will turn an evolving GTM motion into something scalable, measurable, and repeatable. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, is comfortable with ambiguity, and enjoys building structure from first principles.
