About The Position

Maleda Tech is seeking an experienced Revenue Operations Manager to support the growth and operational excellence of a rapidly scaling experiences marketplace. In this role, you will design and optimize revenue operations strategies, performance frameworks, and cross-functional processes that drive acquisition, onboarding, account management, and partner success. You will serve as a strategic operator - translating business objectives into scalable programs, leveraging data to drive decision-making, and building systems and workflows that improve efficiency and outcomes across global teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, growth operations, marketplace operations, consulting, or similar roles
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Sheets and business intelligence tools (Tableau, SQL preferred)
  • Experience supporting sales and account management teams within SMB and B2B environments
  • Familiarity with CRM and revenue tools such as Salesforce and performance tracking platforms
  • Proven project management skills with strong ownership and execution mindset
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams
  • Ability to build and evolve financial and operational models to support strategic decisions

Responsibilities

  • Translate growth strategy into actionable operational plans that drive acquisition, retention, and performance across markets
  • Partner cross-functionally with sales, marketing, analytics, systems, legal, and operations teams to align programs and execution
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends, diagnose opportunities, and deliver actionable insights to leadership
  • Define, track, and optimize KPIs and performance management frameworks
  • Build and streamline operational processes that improve efficiency and scalability
  • Support automation and tooling initiatives to reduce manual workflows and enhance data quality
  • Launch and scale operational initiatives across regions and teams
  • Continuously refine programs to improve growth, quality, conversion, and unit economics
