About The Position

RadCare Services (RCS) seeks a Revenue Operations Manager to scale systems, processes, and policies for our go-to-market teams. This role collaborates with senior leaders in Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to develop effective, compliant, and scalable revenue capabilities. The position directly supports RCS’s national expansion, including new services and locations. The ideal candidate unifies people, processes, data and technology to drive clarity and efficiency across the sales and contracting lifecycle. Responsibilities include managing revenue systems, sales processes, contracts, reporting, enablement, and directly managing a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) and Product Specialists. The position will be located at our headquarters in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related roles
  • Hands-on experience managing and optimizing Salesforce strongly preferred
  • Experience administering or supporting sales tools (Salesloft, ZoomInfo, or similar)
  • Strong project management and change management skills
  • Proven ability to manage and develop team members
  • Excellent communication skills with executives and frontline team members
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, analytics, or related field

Responsibilities

  • Design, document, and enforce the end-to-end sales process from lead -- opportunity -- contract -- implementation
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to develop roadmaps and operational initiatives with clear impact
  • Drive change management strategies that support adoption of new tools, processes, and organizational changes
  • Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions
  • Build and maintain Salesforce dashboards and reports for pipeline health, forecasts, activity, conversion rates, and revenue mix
  • Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasting with high accuracy
  • Translate data into insights that inform leadership decisions and growth strategy
  • Establish and maintain EOS-aligned scorecards and KPIs
  • Own contract workflows, approvals, and lifecycle management
  • Maintain templates, pricing controls, and approval rules to reduce friction and risk
  • Support commission and revenue reporting as needed
  • Work with outside counsel and manage the contract management process
  • Act as the operational bridge between Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance
  • Ensure clean handoffs from sales to operations and ongoing account management
  • Align sales operations with company requirements and operational realities
  • Leadership, Management and Accountability of BDR and Product Specialist team
