As our Revenue Operations Manager, you'll sit at the heart of Novanta's Precision Manufacturing business, partnering across Finance, Sales, Planning, Supply Chain, and Operations to drive forecast accuracy, revenue visibility, and operational excellence. In this highly visible role, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, ensuring teams are aligned around a single view of revenue and margin performance while proactively identifying risks and opportunities that influence strategic decision-making. Beyond forecasting and analytics, you'll play a critical role in ensuring customer orders are accurately structured, executed, documented, and closed, enabling clean financial reporting and a seamless month-end close. You'll help align revenue priorities across functions, strengthen business processes, and provide the commercial and financial insight needed to surface and address potential issues before they become challenges. Novanta's Precision Manufacturing business focuses on advanced laser and beam-steering technologies that help OEM customers build highly precise manufacturing systems. The business develops and manufactures laser sources, laser beam steering/scanning systems, and integrated laser subsystems used in applications such as additive manufacturing (3D printing), semiconductor processing, micromachining, advanced packaging, material converting, and industrial automation.
