Contrarian Thinking is looking for a hands-on, data-driven Revenue Operations Manager to build the systems, processes, and reporting foundation that powers our sales and marketing growth. This is a true builder role — we need someone who enjoys being in the weeds, setting up infrastructure, tightening processes, and creating clarity through data. As the company scales, there is potential for this role to grow into a Director-level position, but the priority today is finding a strong operator who can execute with precision. You will own the full revenue operations stack across: Lead flow Funnel tracking Attribution Reporting Forecasting End-to-end sales process CRM hygiene Marketing → Sales → Success handoff You’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing, Success, and Leadership to ensure our data is reliable, our systems are tight, and our decisions are grounded in what the numbers tell us.
