PointCentral is seeking a strategic, detail-oriented Revenue Operations Manager to own and optimize the core sales and revenue operations engine. This role focuses on fundamental sales operations, enabling consistent execution across Sales and Service Provider teams by maintaining strong CRM discipline, ensuring data hygiene, and supporting tech-enabled outbound programs that convert demand into pipeline. The Revenue Operations Manager is an operations-focused role accountable for foundational sales processes, systems, and workflows that remove friction from the sales cycle, while managing an Operations Administrator and partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Implementation to operationalize revenue programs, support pricing and proposal processes, and drive continuous improvement. This role is ideal for a highly analytical, tech-savvy, and process-driven individual who enjoys creating order from complexity and building scalable systems that enable revenue growth and sales efficiency.
