About The Position

Help build and scale the operating foundation behind Oasis’ GTM engine. You’ll play a key role in driving forecasting accuracy, pipeline visibility, and execution rigor across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Run and continuously improve core RevOps processes across the funnel. Partner closely with Sales leadership to drive pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and day-to-day execution.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or similar role
  • Experience with forecasting and pipeline management
  • Strong proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Experience supporting sales teams (preferably enterprise)
  • Strong analytical thinking with ability to translate data into action
  • Understand how a GTM org operates - and where it breaks
  • Data-driven but highly execution-focused
  • Hands-on, structured, and move fast
  • Comfortable working closely with Sales leaders and holding a high bar

Responsibilities

  • Run and improve forecasting processes and pipeline reviews
  • Build dashboards and reporting that drive decision-making
  • Partner with Sales leaders on pipeline visibility, deal progression, and coverage
  • Contribute to GTM planning (territories, quotas, capacity models)
  • Identify gaps and inefficiencies across the funnel and help fix them
  • Maintain CRM accuracy and enforce operational discipline
  • Support cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Marketing, and CS
