The Director of Revenue Operations is a strategic leader responsible for overseeing Revenue Operations and Training and Enablement for the LCH business. This role is crucial to the growth initiatives of the Lennox Commercial HVAC business. The Director will oversee the Sales Operations and Pricing teams, which are responsible for owning the businesses pricing strategy, providing strategic insights, managing the commercial excellence journey, owning the opportunity model, designing and implementing customer segmentation, coordinating the marketing funnel, determining resource deployment for the commercial team, allocating quotas, designing compensation plans, and managing other critical data and processes within the team's charter. Additionally, this role includes oversight of the Training and Enablement team, which oversees the creation and execution of sales, product, and technical training programs for the LCH business.
