About The Position

We are looking for a Revenue Operations Delivery Manager to strengthen alignment between business systems, revenue processes, and engineering delivery. This role is responsible for orchestrating cross-functional initiatives that span Revenue Operations and Engineering, ensuring that complex work is clearly defined, properly sequenced, and delivered with discipline. The position acts as a trusted execution partner to RevOps leadership and a primary operational interface with Engineering for RevOps-driven initiatives. Its impact comes from enabling those teams through clean systems, predictable delivery, and reduced operational friction.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in SaaS or enterprise software environments
  • Proven ability to operate effectively between business leaders and engineering teams
  • Strong understanding of revenue lifecycle processes and business systems
  • Excellent communication skills with executives and technical stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to bring clarity and structure to ambiguous environments

Nice To Haves

  • Experience spanning delivery management, program leadership, product, or operations
  • Exposure to CRM platforms like Salesforce, billing systems, entitlement logic, or lifecycle automation
  • PMP, SAFe, or equivalent certification

Responsibilities

  • Revenue Operations Program Leadership
  • Lead complex initiatives that span Revenue Operations and Engineering, including CRM evolution, billing and entitlement workflows, lifecycle automation, forecasting systems, and customer data integrity
  • Translate business and RevOps requirements into executable plans in partnership with Engineering leadership
  • Ensure initiatives are properly scoped, prioritized, and sequenced to support company growth
  • RevOps–Engineering Alignment
  • Serve as the primary operational liaison between Revenue Operations and Engineering for RevOps-driven work
  • Partner with Engineering leaders to align on scope, dependencies, delivery timelines, and tradeoffs
  • Reduce rework and friction by enforcing clarity early and validating outcomes late
  • Delivery Management & Execution Discipline
  • Establish and maintain structured planning, tracking, and execution practices for cross-functional initiatives
  • Define milestones, readiness criteria, and success measures tied to business outcomes
  • Identify risks early, manage dependencies, and prevent last-minute escalation
  • Systems & Process Orchestration
  • Partner with RevOps, Engineering, and Finance to evolve core business systems in a scalable, maintainable way
  • Ensure system changes support data integrity, operational efficiency, and long-term growth
  • Drive continuous improvement across RevOps-owned tools and processes
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Engineering to ensure shared understanding of priorities and outcomes
  • Build strong working relationships that support execution without adding bureaucracy
  • Bring structure and follow-through to complex, multi-team efforts
