As our Revenue Operations Specialist, you will be the strategic engine behind the FairCom Sales department. You won’t just manage data; you will architect a high-performance, data-driven environment that empowers our teams. By optimizing our HubSpot CRM and streamlining cross-functional workflows, you’ll provide the real-time insights—from prospective pipelines to subscription renewals—that drive our global growth. We are looking for a systems-thinker who loves turning complex data into actionable sales strategies. This is an in-office position in either of our offices in Sandy, UT, or Columbia, MO, with opportunities for a hybrid schedule post-onboarding.
