Merge is looking for a driven Revenue Operations Associate to support and scale our go-to-market operations. This role will partner closely with Sales and Demand Gen to execute revenue operations initiatives, improve processes, and maintain the systems and reporting that help our GTM teams operate efficiently. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and excited to grow in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, BizOps, consulting, or an analytical/operational role in a SaaS or tech environment.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel.
  • Excellent project management, analytical, and collaborative skills. Track record of building scalable processes and documentation. Strong attention to detail. Ability to thoughtfully translate data into insights.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with GTM tech stack (Salesforce, Hubspot, Gong, Apollo, Chilipiper, Sales Navigator, etc.) or business intelligence tools and SQL.
  • Experience in forecasting, budgeting, and annual planning.

Responsibilities

  • Support and operate core RevOps workflows
  • Maintain and optimize recurring revenue operations workflows that support planning, forecasting, and customer adoption across the GTM organization.
  • Support commissions processes and incentive administration, partnering with Sales and Finance to ensure accuracy and timely resolution of questions.
  • Partner with Finance to review revenue changes and ensure updates are reflected accurately across reporting and forecasts.
  • Support deal and account updates by ensuring key operational details are captured accurately as opportunities move through the sales process.
  • Enable GTM planning and reporting
  • Prepare and maintain recurring pipeline and forecast reporting used by GTM leaders to track progress and identify risks.
  • Help improve and automate recurring pipeline and forecasting workflows to reduce manual effort and increase consistency.
  • Support forecast roll-forwards and period-over-period tracking to ensure visibility into changes and assumptions.
  • Partner cross-functionally on operations
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to support day-to-day sales processes, pricing updates, and customer lifecycle workflows, and help identify opportunities to improve how they operate at scale
  • Help surface process gaps or data inconsistencies and collaborate with teammates to improve workflows over time
