We're looking for a Revenue Operations Associate to be the operational backbone of our Advisor Business Development team. You'll own our CRM infrastructure and reporting while also driving the day-to-day execution that keeps our recruiting engine running smoothly. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role for someone who's equal parts systems thinker and doer, with a path to grow into a broader operations or chief of staff function as we scale.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years in sales operations, business operations, recruiting operations, or a high-performing coordinator/chief of staff role
  • HubSpot experience strongly preferred—you know your way around workflows, reports, and CRM best practices
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Proactive and resourceful—you see what needs to be done and do it without waiting to be asked
  • Strong communicator who can work effectively with leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Technically curious—comfortable learning new systems and leveraging tools like AI to work smarter
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments where priorities shift and no two days look the same

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in financial services, wealth management, or fintech
  • Background supporting sales or recruiting teams
  • Familiarity with additional tools (Salesforce, Greenhouse, Rippling, etc.)
  • Interest in growing into a chief of staff or senior operations role

Responsibilities

  • Own HubSpot CRM architecture—designing properties, pipelines, workflows, and automations that eliminate manual work
  • Build dashboards and reports that give leadership real-time visibility into pipeline health and recruiting performance
  • Manage the operational flow of offers and contracts in partnership with HR and Finance
  • Identify process bottlenecks and proactively implement solutions before being asked
  • Serve as the connective tissue across Advisor Recruiting, HR, and other cross-functional partners
