About The Position

We're hiring our first Revenue Operations Manager to own the GTM tech stack and operational infrastructure as we scale. You'll be the execution partner to our Head of GTM, owning the sales tech stack, and the systems that keep our sales team running. This is a high-impact, high-velocity role where you'll touch everything from deal desk to rep onboarding to pipeline reporting. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, ships 80/20 solutions quickly, and wants to build the operational foundation for a rapidly scaling company.

Requirements

  • 3-8 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Salesforce Administration at a high-growth B2B SaaS company
  • Hands-on Salesforce Sales Cloud experience (custom objects, workflows, validation rules, reports/dashboards, user management)
  • Experience administering sales engagement tools and conversation intelligence platforms
  • Has supported a sales team through rapid scaling and understands what breaks
  • Familiarity with deal desk processes—pricing, discounting, contract routing, approvals
  • Strong understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, pipeline coverage, quota attainment)
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; SQL helpful but not required
  • Can build reports and dashboards from business requirements
  • Comfortable with fast-paced environments and shifting priorities
  • Execution-focused: you take requirements and deliver working solutions
  • Detail-oriented: you catch data errors, test before deploying, and document what you build
  • High-velocity: you context-switch between deal desk, onboarding, dashboards, and data cleanup without dropping balls
  • Collaborative: you work well with Sales stakeholders and escalate strategic questions appropriately

Nice To Haves

  • Salesforce Admin certification
  • Experience with Stripe, HubSpot, or billing system integrations
  • Background in developer tools or technical SaaS products
  • Prior experience at a YC company or similar high-growth startup

Responsibilities

  • Own the GTM Tech Stack
  • Administer Salesforce, Outreach, Attention, and supporting tools
  • Build and maintain workflows, reports, dashboards, and integrations
  • Maintain data quality across opportunities, pipeline, and customer records
  • Internalize all Salesforce work currently handled by external consultants
  • Run Deal Desk
  • Process deal desk requests in
  • Maintain pricing and discounting documentation
  • Route legal and procurement reviews
  • Keep deals moving without becoming a bottleneck
  • Support Sales Rep Onboarding
  • Provision tooling access for new team members
  • Coordinate ICP target list assignment for reps in all segments
  • Ensure new reps have everything they need to ramp quickly and be successful
  • Enable the Team
  • Build and maintain pipeline, quota, and ramp reporting
  • Respond to tactical requests (workflow fixes, report updates, access issues)
  • Proactively identify process improvements and implement them
  • Create documentation and playbooks that reduce ad-hoc requests
