About The Position

EliseAI is looking for a Revenue Operations Associate to help build and manage the growing tech stack for our Commercial organization and own Commercial/Operational initiatives to help us scale. In this role, you’ll design and drive strategic initiatives while managing our software and tools, ensuring that our Commercial team has the direction and resources they need to succeed. Requirements

  • Revenue Operations and Salesforce experience at a growing SaaS company
  • Curious and scrappy builder who enjoys figuring things out, automating manual work, and owning projects end-to-end (experience with leveraging AI to efficiently discover, test, and implement solutions)
  • Comfortable querying data with SQL
  • Experience working with Sales and effectively speaking to key processes and data
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and get things done in an unstructured environment
  • Willingness to work in person at our office 4-5 days a week

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in consulting, investment banking, or private equity a plus

Responsibilities

  • Design, Manage, and improve processes for Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Finance teams
  • Maintain critical systems across our tech stack and ensure data integrity through multiple integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot, IronClad, Clay, Outreach, ZoomInfo, etc.)
  • Partner closely with GTM leaders to identify process gaps, translate needs into technical solutions, and drive adoption of new capabilities
  • Manage Sales requests
  • Manage complex deal structure creation through to post-sale booking processes
