This role is responsible for creating new accounts for Digital Marketing, Document Cloud, and Creative Cloud customers. Key activities include linking solution accounts to cloud organizations, enabling features and user access, adding/removing product context, performing product context upgrades/renewals, suspensions, and account terminations. The analyst will review contracts to ensure fulfillment requests are accurate, supportable, and viable for provisioning. They will also develop and implement provisioning guidelines and improved work instructions to ensure requests are fulfilled properly. This position requires building and sustaining positive relationships with various internal and external stakeholders, including the Product Delivery Operations Group, Sales, Customer Care, Engineering, Order Management, and the Marketing team. The analyst will monitor daily requests, prioritize tasks, keep stakeholders informed of issues affecting work progress, and manage the coordination of multiple requests. They will analyze and interpret data to inform decision-makers, select the best solutions for key problems, and complete requests within Service Level Agreements. Additionally, the role involves tracking and fulfilling backlogs, offering guidance to requestors, drawing information from diverse sources, and performing proper provisioning within guidelines. The analyst will manage and maintain accurate SharePoint databases and internal dashboards, ensure transfer billing, perform billing ID remaps, track billing changes, and upload/remap new IDs. A close relationship with the Program Management Team is essential for supporting daily provisioning and handling out-of-the-normal process requests and exceptions. The candidate must operate in a professional manner when representing the organization internally and externally. The candidate will be on a 30-day probationary period.
