We are looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to support our global RevOps function, with a specific focus on North America, demonstrating a commitment to operational excellence and strategic growth. You will be responsible for owning critical, high-volume responsibilities and managing scoped projects end-to-end to free up senior leadership for strategic transformation. This role offers a structured opportunity to train and develop into the next generation of strategic RevOps leaders, working closely with Sales Leaders, Business Systems, Finance, Marketing Ops, and Customer Success stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Target profile of 2–3+ years of relevant experience
  • Familiarity with CRMs, including CRM hygiene and maintenance.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and Excel, with the ability to put together analyses.
  • Experience presenting to cross-functional stakeholders and managing those relationships.
  • Resourcefulness, including AI utilization and the ability to find innovative solutions to problems
  • Grit and resilience, with the ability to stand your ground and operate effectively under pressure.
  • High level of self-awareness and a desire to learn and improve professionally.

Nice To Haves

  • Technical familiarity with Clari, Tableau, and Snowflake/SQL knowledge is a nice to have
  • NYC location preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct weekly monitoring of pipeline quality, identifying and resolving duplicate records and stale pipeline to ensure hygiene.
  • Support the weekly Forecasting process by covering forecast calls and assisting North America Sales leaders
  • Serve as the first line of defense for support tickets, including Salesforce opportunity errors, dashboard access, and transferring account owners in bulk
  • Build out KPI dashboards and other proactive SFDC tools for weekly distribution.
  • Manage high-impact projects with 1–3 month lifecycles, such as owning the building of data for QBR decks and creating scalable Territory Sheets for annual planning.
  • Act as a primary owner for ad-hoc data and systems requests from cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., CSM Managers, CS Operations, AEs, and Finance).
  • Monitor Target Account List (TAL) data, including penetration into prospects and client whitespace.
  • Own the internal RevOps knowledge base and manage version control for Sales Process documentation, Rules of Engagement, and Sales Plays.
  • Lead onboarding training for key functions within Clari and Salesforce (SFDC).
  • Work with Product Marketing (PMM) on evergreen sales play assets and competitor analysis, including closed/lost reasons.
