Role Overview The Revenue Operations Analyst plays a critical role in driving revenue growth by supporting the design, execution, and adoption of key commercial initiatives across the organization. This role partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to improve performance across core revenue levers, including pricing, sales tools, financing, commissions, and membership programs. This is a highly cross-functional role that blends analytics, execution support, and project coordination , with a strong focus on enabling field teams (Comfort Advisors, Sales Managers, Technicians) to sell more effectively and consistently. Primary Objective Support the successful rollout, adoption, and performance tracking of revenue-driving initiatives by: Translating strategy into executable plans Enabling field teams through training and tools Monitoring performance and identifying opportunities Driving cross-functional coordination to ensure initiatives are delivered on time and with impact
