We are searching for a strategic benefits professional who can take our current program to the next level. Role Overview The Revenue Operations Analyst plays a critical role in driving revenue growth by supporting the design, execution, and adoption of key commercial initiatives across the organization. This role partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to improve performance across core revenue levers, including pricing, sales tools, financing, commissions, and membership programs. This is a highly cross-functional role that blends analytics, execution support, and project coordination , with a strong focus on enabling field teams (Comfort Advisors, Sales Managers, Technicians) to sell more effectively and consistently. Primary Objective Support the successful rollout, adoption, and performance tracking of revenue-driving initiatives by: Translating strategy into executable plans Enabling field teams through training and tools Monitoring performance and identifying opportunities Driving cross-functional coordination to ensure initiatives are delivered on time and with impact

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or similar role
  • A nalytical skills with experience in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
  • Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills
  • Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable insights
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting field sales organizations is a plus
  • Familiarity with CRM or field service tools (e.g., ServiceTitan ) is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Revenue Initiative Support Support development and rollout of key revenue initiatives, including: Pricing updates and discounting guardrails Commission and incentive changes Sales tool enhancements (e.g., quoting, proposals, financing integration) Financing program optimization Assist in building rollout materials (training decks, FAQs, talk tracks, field communications) Partner with Sales Managers and RVPs to support adoption and gather field feedback Help identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities during pilots and rollouts
  • Membership Program Support Support execution and optimization of membership programs as a recurring revenue driver Partner with field teams to improve membership attachment rates and retention Assist in developing training content and field enablement materials Track performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve conversion and value
  • Analytics & Performance Tracking Build and maintain reporting to measure initiative performance, including: Revenue, average ticket, close rates, discounting, and margin Financing utilization and product mix Membership growth and retention Analyze pilot results vs. control groups and historical performance Provide insights and recommendations to leadership on performance trends Support creation of executive-ready summaries and dashboards
  • Training & Field Enablement Support development and delivery of training for sales teams and managers Help create clear, simple, and actionable materials for field adoption Partner with Sales Leadership to reinforce messaging and best practices Assist in organizing and facilitating training sessions (virtual and in-person)
  • Project Coordination & Cross-Functional Execution Support planning and execution of cross-functional initiatives across: Sales Operations Finance IT / Systems (e.g., ServiceTitan ) Track milestones, dependencies, and risks across initiatives Help ensure timelines are met and stakeholders are aligned Coordinate communication across teams to drive clarity and accountability
