About The Position

The Revenue Operations Analyst, Sales is the analytical backbone for the entire Sales organization, focusing on optimizing sales performance across New Logo acquisition, expansion (Upsell/Cross-sell), and retention activities. This role drives sales efficiency by analyzing pipeline health, modeling sales productivity, managing territory data, and providing critical analytical support for sales forecasting and planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, or a related quantitative field. preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Analytics, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations, with experience covering the full sales cycle
  • Strong functional knowledge of the entire B2B Sales process
  • Advanced experience in reporting and modeling sales data within Salesforce (or equivalent CRM).
  • Strong proficiency with data visualization/BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Domo, Looker).
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Flexible and adaptable with an ability to receive and learn from feedback
  • Collaborative and team-oriented

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience building predictive models for churn risk or upsell propensity is highly preferred.
  • Advanced SQL proficiency for complex data modeling is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Performance & Pipeline Analysis: Analyze the sales pipeline velocity, conversion rates, and stages to identify bottlenecks and optimize the health of the funnel.
  • Sales Productivity & Capacity: Analyze RSM/AE productivity, territory performance, time-to-close, and support the creation of sales capacity and resource models for planning.
  • Forecasting & Planning Support: Provide analytical support for weekly/monthly sales forecasting and annual planning cycles by building and maintaining forecast models
  • Expansion & Retention Analysis: Analyze specific metrics for the installed base (Upsell/Cross-sell rates, NRR, churn signals) to support account management and Customer Success teams.
  • CRM Data Integrity & Reporting: Act as the data steward for key sales fields within the CRM (Salesforce), ensuring data is clean, consistent, and structured to enable accurate reporting.
  • Stakeholder Reporting & Dashboards: Build and maintain dashboards that provide real-time visibility into sales performance against goals for leadership and frontline managers.
  • Data Storytelling & Communication: Proven ability to collect, synthesize, and translate complex data and quantitative analysis into clear, actionable insights and compelling presentations tailored effectively to executive, functional, and operational audiences.
