About The Position

LifeScan is seeking a North America Revenue Manager, FP&A to lead revenue budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across the United States, Canada, and Mexico. The role is part of a rebuilding Finance organization and will help establish a trusted, consolidated view of regional revenue performance as the company moves from restructuring toward renewed growth. The position manages a small team based in Pennsylvania and reports regional insights to the Head of Revenue & SG&A. The manager works closely with commercial, trade, Market Access, Growth Intelligence & BI, Sales Leadership, and country teams. The role addresses complex US payer and channel dynamics as well as distinct distributor and product-mix dynamics in Canada and Mexico. It also assesses promotional-spend effectiveness, translates payer contracting terms into forecast assumptions, and presents performance and forecast narratives to senior and executive leadership, including in CFO and Board-level reporting cycles. Candidates must live in the Greater Philadelphia area within commuting distance of Radnor/Wayne for future hybrid work.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of experience in FP&A or revenue analysis.
  • People management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Proficiency in the MS Office product suite.
  • Experience with ERP and financial reporting or planning systems, such as JD Edwards, Hubble, or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of US healthcare reimbursement and payer-channel dynamics, including PBM formulary placement and rebate negotiations, MCO/managed care contracts, fee-for-service Medicaid, Medicare Part D, Kaiser, cash-pay, mail order, and e-commerce.
  • Strong executive presentation skills and experience presenting financial analysis and narratives to senior and executive leadership.
  • Experience with multi-channel, multi-country financial reporting and variance analysis, including actual versus budget/AOP, rolling forecast, and prior year.
  • Ability to work independently, with strong self-starting skills and intellectual curiosity.
  • Willingness to constructively question legacy practices and assumptions and bring a fresh perspective.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and occasional off-hours responsiveness.
  • Must be in the Greater Philadelphia area within commuting distance of Radnor/Wayne for future hybrid work.

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to US healthcare payer and channel dynamics, including PBM, MCO, Medicaid FFS, and Medicare Part D.
  • Experience partnering with Market Access or Trade functions on payer contracting strategy and rebate structures.
  • A growth mindset toward AI adoption in finance, including exploring AI tools to improve forecast accuracy, reduce manual reporting effort, or surface risks in revenue and channel data while validating AI-assisted outputs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead revenue budgeting, rolling forecasts, and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) submissions for the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
  • Review revenue actuals delivered by Global Accounting & Controllership and direct channel- and country-level variance analysis against budget/AOP, the latest rolling forecast, and prior year.
  • Manage and develop the North America Revenue Analyst and consolidate channel- and country-level analysis into a regional narrative for the Head of Revenue & SG&A.
  • Partner with US channel and commercial finance teams, and Canada and Mexico country leads, on payer mix shifts, category trends, and distributor inventory dynamics that drive the forecast.
  • Work with Growth Intelligence & BI on pricing, consumer and commercial insights, and analytics for the North America revenue forecast.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership on in-market execution, demand signals, and account-level dynamics.
  • Use AI-enabled tools to support forecasting, variance analysis, and scenario modeling; independently validate AI-assisted outputs before they inform decisions or reporting.
  • Assess the ROI of promotional expenses, including PBM/MCO rebates, retail buydown programs, coupons, discounts, and distribution/vendor fees, in partnership with commercial and trade teams.
  • Partner with Market Access and Trade on payer contracting strategy, formulary and tender positioning, and rebate structures; translate contract terms and renewal timing into forecast and AOP assumptions.
  • Present North America revenue performance, variance analysis, and forecast assumptions to senior and executive leadership, including CFO and Board-level reporting cycles.
