The City of Littleton has an opportunity for a strategic, service-oriented Revenue Manager to join our dynamic and dedicated Finance team. This key role oversees all revenue activities including sales tax, use tax, and utility billing, as well as partnering with the Finance leadership to advance the city’s financial policies, systems, and long-term goals. The ideal candidate is a confident, experienced supervisor who excels at leading and developing teams, fostering accountability, and building a culture of professionalism and collaboration. Successful candidates will have strong governmental accounting expertise, a passion for continuous process improvement, and exceptional communication skills as well as a commitment to operational excellence, strong team leadership, and delivering outstanding service to our community. This position will serve as a key contributor in the evaluation, selection, and implementation of a new utility billing software system scheduled for deployment within the next 12–18 months. Hiring pay range $102,000 - $107,400 per year This full-time position is exempt per FLSA and is not eligible for overtime compensation.
