The Regional Revenue Manager is responsible for implementing pricing strategies for multiple hotel properties in our portfolio. Responsibilities include analyzing the competition’s pricing and market dynamics, implementing promotions and discounts, managing inventory and rate plans, and collaborating with other hotel departments to achieve revenue and occupancy targets. This role requires collaboration and interpersonal skills to help each individual hotel successfully achieve revenue goals. The Regional Revenue Manager is an analytical thinker driven to help our organization exceed our revenue management objectives. As the regional revenue manager, you will be responsible for guiding the development of and maintaining pricing models, forecasting revenue goals, and helping our properties implement a revenue management plan to increase hotel growth and profitability. To keep our hotels competitive, you will need to evaluate and analyze our competitors’ pricing strategies on a regular basis while also monitoring current industry trends. Our ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of previous revenue management experience or similar hotel operations role.
