Natural Retreats is hiring multiple Revenue Managers to join our team! The Revenue Manager will drive revenue across all Natural Retreats locations, maximizing the potential yield on a per-home basis, resulting in maximum profitability for both Natural Retreats and homeowners. Reporting to the Senior Revenue Manager, your key focus will be collaboration with other members of the Revenue Management and Analytics department to develop and implement long- and short-term strategies that align with the company’s overall business strategy and direction. Daily management of rates and pricing operations, procedures, and best practices will include tasks such as: providing daily, weekly, and monthly reporting; conducting regular and ad hoc rate and/or availability shops and thorough analysis; onboarding new homes and retreats in property management system; performing competitive benchmark studies; conducting regular Revenue Calls; and keeping abreast of market trends. A successful Revenue Manager will be confident in a fast paced environment, have an exceptional eye for detail, and have a passion for the hospitality industry.
