As we continue to grow, we are seeking dedication and a strong desire to join our team Position Overview: The Revenue Manager is responsible for optimizing the property’s financial performance by developing and executing pricing, inventory, and distribution strategies for rooms, activities, and ancillary revenue streams. This role analyzes market demand, booking patterns, and competitive trends to maximize RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, and total revenue across the hotel or ranch operation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business, Economics, or related field (preferred).
  • 2–5 years of experience in hotel or lodging revenue management; experience in ranch or resort environments a plus.
  • Strong analytical, mathematical, and forecasting skills.
  • Proficiency with revenue systems, PMS, RMS, channel managers, and Excel.
  • Excellent communication and cross-department collaboration skills.
  • Ability to thrive in seasonal, activity-driven environments typical of ranch operations

Responsibilities

  • Revenue Strategy & Optimization Develop and manage short- and long-term revenue strategies for lodging, ranch activities, dining, and package offerings.
  • Forecast demand, occupancy, and revenue on weekly, monthly, and annual bases.
  • Monitor RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, booking pace, and other KPIs; adjust strategies to meet financial goals.
  • Implement dynamic pricing strategies across all distribution channels.
  • Inventory & Distribution Management Oversee room and cabin inventory, ensuring optimal allocation across direct booking channels, OTAs, GDS, and group sales.
  • Maintain rate parity and ensure accuracy of room types, descriptions, and restrictions.
  • Manage blackout dates, minimum stay requirements, and promotional availability.
  • Market & Competitor Analysis Conduct competitive set analysis, market segmentation review, and trend monitoring.
  • Analyze guest demand drivers such as seasonality, local events, and ranch-specific activity trends.
  • Recommend strategic adjustments based on market shifts.
  • Collaboration & Communication Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, and Operations to align revenue strategies with guest experience and brand positioning.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations on packages, promotions, and activity pricing.
  • Lead regular revenue meetings to review performance and upcoming opportunities.
  • Technology & Reporting Utilize RMS, PMS, CRM, channel manager, and analytics tools to manage performance.
  • Maintain and update rate structures, inventory controls, and reporting dashboards.
  • Produce weekly and monthly performance reports for ownership or executive leadership.
