The Revenue Integrity Manager is responsible for identifying, analyzing and resolving revenue leakage across the organization’s revenue cycle operations. This leader will partner closely with Revenue Cycle Operations, Finance, Clinical Leadership, Credentialing and external vendors to improve reimbursement accuracy, reduce denials, strengthen coding and documentation integrity, and optimize cash performance across dental, orthodontic, oral surgery and pediatric service lines. This is both a strategic and hands-on role requiring strong analytical capability, operational discipline and cross-functional influence.
