About The Position

The Revenue Integrity Analyst is a key resource within the Quality Improvement/Finance Department, responsible for analyzing professional revenue cycle performance and identifying opportunities to optimize collections, clean claims, denials, and fee-for-service revenue. This role requires extensive experience in professional billing and coding, with an expectation that the analyst obtain a recognized coding certification if not already certified. Requirements

  • Within 18 months of hire: Coding Certification (e.g., CPC, CCS, or equivalent)
  • 3 years Medical Coding or Billing experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Laboratory Science, or related field, Or equivalent education/experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Laboratory Science, or related field, Or equivalent education/experience
  • 2 years Revenue Cycle experience.
  • 2 years Health Care industry experience.
