About The Position
The Revenue Integrity Analyst is responsible for proactively identifying revenue leakage, charge capture opportunities, and reimbursement optimization initiatives across the health system. Through data analysis, auditing, reporting, and collaboration with operational departments, this role ensures that services provided are accurately documented, charged, and reimbursed while supporting overall revenue integrity goals. The position works closely with Chargemaster Coordinators but maintains a distinct focus on revenue performance monitoring, audit activities, and operational process improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Bachelor’s degree in any healthcare-related field or four (4) years of direct revenue cycle experience
- Must reside in MO, IL, AR, or TN
Nice To Haves
- Professional certification such as Certified Professional Coder (CPC), Certified Coding Specialist (CCS), Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR), Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHFP), or other revenue cycle, coding, or billing-related certification
