About The Position

We are seeking a Revenue Insights Analyst to own the development, maintenance, and evolution of reporting and analytics across Sales. This role will be the central point of contact for business intelligence, translating stakeholder needs into scalable data models, dashboards, and actionable insights. You will play a key role in improving revenue visibility, enabling self-serve reporting, and driving data informed decision-making across the organization. This role will enable scalable, self-serve insights and reduce reliance on ad hoc reporting, allowing leadership to focus on high-impact revenue initiatives such as lead optimization and pricing strategy.

Requirements

  • 2–5+ years experience in business intelligence, analytics, or revenue operations
  • Strong expertise in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, visualization best practices)
  • Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce and/or Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Solid understanding of revenue metrics (pipeline, conversion rates, forecasting, ARR, churn)
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on data quality and accuracy
  • Experience in SaaS, automotive, or data-driven industries
  • Exposure to SQL or data warehousing concepts
  • Experience with forecasting models or advanced analytics (e.g., pricing analysis, churn prediction)

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain intuitive Power BI dashboards across Sales
  • Develop scalable data models and standardized metrics to ensure consistency across reporting
  • Optimize performance and usability of BI assets for self-serve consumption
  • Partner with Sales and leadership to gather business requirements
  • Translate needs into clear KPIs, reports, and dashboards
  • Act as the primary point of contact for reporting requests and enhancements
  • Deliver insights on pipeline health, conversion, forecasting, and revenue trends
  • Support analysis such as win/loss and revenue performance drivers
  • Proactively identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve revenue outcomes
  • Work with CRM systems (Salesforce and/or Microsoft Dynamics) to ensure data integrity and alignment
  • Structure and transform data for effective reporting and analytics
  • Support ongoing improvements in data quality and governance
  • Leverage and maintain business intelligence tools (Power BI and Tableau), ensuring consistency, performance, and alignment across reporting platforms
  • Manage dashboard updates, enhancements, and small change requests
  • Ensure reporting remains accurate, timely, and aligned with evolving business needs.
