About The Position

The Revenue Growth Manager (RGM) is responsible for accelerating profitable, sustainable growth by optimizing the key commercial levers of pricing, promotion, trade investment, assortment, mix, and pack architecture. Working cross-functionally across Sales, Finance, Marketing, Category Management, and Supply Chain, this role turns data and insights into clear commercial actions that improve revenue, gross margin, market share, and trade-spend productivity. • Strong understanding of CPG retailer economics, pricing, trade promotion, and customer planning.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable commercial recommendations.
  • Experience with syndicated and customer data sources such as Circana/IRI, NielsenIQ, SPINS, Numerator, or retailer POS data.
  • Advanced Excel and financial-modeling capabilities; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools preferred.
  • Experience with trade-promotion management and optimization systems is a plus.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence both commercial teams and senior leadership.
  • Commercially minded — understands that analytics must ultimately drive action and results.
  • Growth oriented — continuously searches for opportunities to increase revenue and profitability.
  • Financially disciplined — understands the difference between volume growth and profitable growth.
  • Analytically rigorous — comfortable challenging assumptions and conventional wisdom with facts.
  • Action oriented — moves quickly from insight to recommendation to execution.
  • Collaborative but willing to challenge — capable of partnering effectively with Sales and Marketing while maintaining an objective enterprise perspective.
  • Customer focused — understands retailer economics and can create solutions that work for both the company and its customers.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity — able to build structure and processes where they may not currently exist.
