Revenue Electronics Technician
About The Position
This position is responsible for maintaining, installing, and repairing parking revenue control equipment and associated systems. This includes a wide range of equipment such as automatic ticket dispensers, cash terminals, gate columns and arms, disk drives, lane interface modules, automatic vehicle identification equipment, bus call boxes, garage space-counting systems, intercoms, and other associated parking revenue equipment. The role also involves calibrating and configuring E-Pass/Sun Pass readers, maintaining and repairing LED signs, emergency phones, DVRs, and cameras in parking facilities. Additionally, the technician will perform inspections, cleaning, and prescribed maintenance tasks, stay current on emergency response procedures, and complete maintenance work orders, accurately recording all relevant information.
Requirements
- Experience maintaining, installing, and repairing parking revenue control equipment and associated systems.
- Experience with automatic ticket dispensers, cash terminals, gate columns, gate arms, disk drives, lane interface modules, automatic vehicle identification equipment, bus call box and associated hardware, garage space-counting systems, intercoms, and other associated parking revenue equipment.
- Experience calibrating, configuring, and tuning E-Pass/Sun Pass readers.
- Experience maintaining and repairing LED signs.
- Experience maintaining, installing, and repairing emergency phones.
- Experience maintaining, installing, and repairing DVR's and cameras.
- Ability to inspect and perform regular cleaning and prescribed maintenance tasks on equipment.
- Knowledge of GOAA emergency response procedures.
- Ability to complete maintenance work orders as assigned.
- Ability to record time, materials, and equipment information correctly.

- Calibrate, configure, and tune E-Pass/Sun Pass readers as needed.
- Maintain and repair facilities-mounted LED signs.
- Maintain, install, and repair emergency phones in all parking facilities.
- Maintain, install, and repair DVR's and cameras for all parking facilities.
- Inspect and perform regular cleaning and prescribed maintenance tasks on equipment.
- Remain current on all GOAA emergency response procedures and respond as required.
- Complete maintenance work orders as assigned.
- Record time, materials, and equipment information correctly.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
