This role serves as an administrative assistant for the Vendor Operations Team and Government, Vendor and Payer Relations department by providing administrative support to our department and vendor partners.   • Managing/organizing/processing incoming and outgoing mail or correspondence
  • Facilitating vendor document requests
  • Coordinate vendor user access and training requests
  • Managing electronic meeting resources
  • Maintains department calendars for meetings
  • Data entry
  • Supply management
  • Assists with vendor invoice reconciliation
  • Other duties as assigned by management
