About The Position

The Revenue Cycle Strategy Project Manager leads complex revenue cycle initiatives supporting practice onboarding, advanced therapy integration, billing system transitions, and post‑go‑live stabilization across multi‑specialty healthcare environments. This role turns strategy into execution, owning change management, adoption, and sustainment to deliver measurable outcomes such as clean claim performance, denial normalization, and cash flow stability, particularly in high‑complexity and advanced therapy settings.

Requirements

  • Hands‑on experience with healthcare billing systems and end‑to‑end revenue cycle operations
  • Proven success in multi‑specialty and advanced or high‑cost therapy environments
  • Strong project and integration leadership with a focus on adoption, accountability, and outcomes
  • Ability to translate complex billing data into clear, actionable decisions
  • Strong executive‑ and physician‑level communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Typically 4+ years in healthcare revenue cycle, integration, or project leadership roles
  • Ability to travel up to 50 percent

Responsibilities

  • Lead revenue cycle initiatives tied to practice integrations, advanced therapy adoption, and billing system transitions
  • Own end‑to‑end change management, including adoption planning, go‑live support, reinforcement, remediation, and stabilization
  • Serve as the revenue cycle operational lead for transitioning practices, from assessment through sustained performance
  • Provide subject‑matter leadership for multi‑specialty and advanced therapies, including oncology, infusion, radiation, research, and specialty drugs
  • Develop, maintain, and enforce standardized billing policies, SOPs, and Specialty Playbooks, including exception governance
  • Conduct audits and performance analysis, driving corrective action through resolution and stabilization
  • Monitor post‑integration success using dashboards tied to clean claim rates, denials, lag days, and cash metrics
